1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Digify Solutions ("We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), which govern your access and use of our website and services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

Digify Solutions offers comprehensive digital and creative services, including but not limited to: Web Design & Development, Apps Development, Animation, Branding, and Digital Marketing. All services are subject to a separate written Service Agreement or Project Contract, which will supersede these Terms in case of conflict.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information during the quotation and project definition stages.
• You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for protecting your account access credentials, if applicable.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment for any service rendered, the Client shall be granted full ownership and intellectual property rights (including copyright) to the final design or developed assets, as specified in the service agreement. Digify Solutions retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes in its portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digify Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
